How do the free intro calls work?
You get three free 30-minute intro calls to find your coach, at most one per coach. A call cancelled at least 24 hours ahead comes back to you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What happens to my price if plans change?
If you’re already subscribed, you keep your price while your plan stays active.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Can my company or school pay?
Yes. Organizations can pay for seats; write to support@genee.coach.
Is my practice private?
Yes. Your coach sees what you share with them, and a program that pays sees counts only. The privacy policy has the details.
